i had a cridet card throw providian natl.bank i had to cancell it out my line of cridet was 650 i send them my card told i would pay them $50 a month until i could get paid but they wouldn't and they keep putting late charges on it and over draft on unil it got up to 1,461 on cridet teport they got last activity 6-2002 closed 1-2003 then they gave or sold it to palisades 8-2006 and it 1,654 then it has last acttivity as 7- 2002 and now they got this judgement i wasn't told anything about them going to court and the judgement is for bal.2183.50 interest $140 clerk fee $50 atty $75

In 2002 I went to college in New York. Started in September 2002 and by October 9, 2002 I had dropped out due to a family emergency in California. When I went to one of the Advisors to explain my decision he accepted it and I made sure to ask about tuition, etc. He informed me that I would not be held responsible for the few weeks that I had been there for. So I filled out my Class Withdrawl Form and I was on my way back to California. Now I recently looked at my Credit Report and whatdo I see? The College is trying to collect the sum of 11K through a collection agency called ConServe.

Ok well I am in debt. I dont have an creditors after me or anything like that. But I am living pay check to pay check. I have no money at the end of the month. I pay almost all my bills on time. I have to send out a check before I get paid to make sure I am on time with my payment, not knowing how much my check is. now i do have a full time job. and I am a Realtor on the side. Does anyone have the mailing address for quickdraw cash. I have made a payment arrangement with them, They keep telling me that they don't accept money orders. They want moneygram or western union or debit card. No way am I giving up my debit card information. Really don't want to put the money into money gram or western union. Has anyone dealt with these guys before?

Central Credit Services - I had sent them a certified letter saying I wanted verification of the debt and then I gtt a letter from them over the weekend saying I agreed to pay the debt by 2/28. I wanted to send them a fax today as well as another letter via certified mail. Has this happend to anyone before? If so, what did you say in the letter saying that you didn't agree to pay?

I have a debt that is owed to providian. It has been charged off. I have the money to pay it in full. What should I do? Should I call them and say that I will pay it off if they will submit to delete the charge off or change it to a paid as agreed? Also, I had two other debts I just paid off. I didn't think to ask about changing the status to paid as agreed? Anything I can do about those now that they are paid? Thanks
