I'm 30 years old, and $17,000 in debt. Thanks to taxes, I was able to pay down from $23,500. I finally was able to put a tax refund to good use 8) 8) 8) ! Used a PDL two or three times in my life, but it was only the deferred deposit (I believe that's what it was called) type.

Hey everybody, I'm currently dealing with Pinion Management on two different accounts. I've tried to work out payment arrangements I can actually make and still pay the rent and keep my utilities on but they will only accept a payoff in two payments, so I can't do it. The lady I spoke to told me if I didn't pay in full by tomorrow they will consider my account a "refusal to pay" and they will take aggressive steps to collect. I asked her what that meant and she said "you are obviously trying to get me to say we will garnish your wages or attach a lien but I'm not going to say that".

I do not understand the term? What does it mean in regard to pdl's? I have pdl's through mycashnow, paydayok, paydayselect, and cashlink usa.

I have credit cards in collections that i need to take care of and get a low interset rate.

I am almost 20 and I thought that paying my own bills would be easier than asking for help but I have got myself to where I can't pay them all. I need a car to get back and forth and there is no way I can get assistance because my credit score is so low now. I owe medical bills that I am not sure how much they amount to and I owe Capitol One around $500.00. I want to go to school and can't do so until I am sure that I have a means of transportation. Please give me some advice and tell me what I need to do. If I don't do something soon I am not sure how bad my credit will become.

I work in full time ministry and raise my own support. I have been neglectful of my support situation; receiving short paychecks, not being alble to reimburse all I should, because of my lacking support. I thus (innapropriatly) thought, 'by faith' my support will come in and I can just keep going...No! I need to stop my regular campus job and return to full time support raising and now need to have about 7,500 in credit consolidated and a budget figured out. Thanks, Jamie
