Sent letter to allied interstate Collection Agency to validate. American Express sent a account history plus a cancelled check from last year. Stated they couldn't find the original signed agreement? Is this validation? or not?

I am in need of some desperate help because I have payday loans up to my eyeballs. I was wondering if there any way that I can consolidate them?

What does one do when they have had a default judgement obtained against them on a debt that was discharged under chapter 7? Notice of the lawsuit was sent, but my wife never contacted the attorneys until after the judgement was obtained.

Can someone please give me advice on how to get a background credit report fixed that has inaccurate information on it about my credit? I am seeking employment and there are some entries that are not correct regarding my credit on a report that is produced by HireRight, employment screening. This has prevented me from employment already and I am struggling to get this fixed. Have already contacted the bureaus to do updates, however, not yet fixed on my report and the information the background people are getting is not accurate. Please help....

:oops: Hi, I am new to this site, and am just amazed reading every one else' testimonials. I am trying so hard to get my credit cleaned up, that I have joined credit keeper to monitor it. Problem is, I see things on there that I have no clue who I owe the money to, or what the monies are even for. Does anyone know what I would do @ this point? I know that I need to dispute, but looking @ the form that needs filled out, it asks who the creditor is. Can anyone help-my husband has really great credit, and I bring him down!!!!! HOW EMBARRASSING! Thank you

Do they ever do this? Unfortunately, I put legitimate names on the application, and I don't want them bothering my family and friends.
