I live in Florida and after reading some of the postings, I think I have overpaid and would like to know if there is anything I can do in order to get some of the money back. I currently have five loans: 1. GFSIL borrowed $200.00 I have paid back $775.00. 2. Ezloansbynet borrowed $300.00, I have paid back $412.50, and still owe $100.00 3. Loanpointusa borrowed $300, I have paid back $595.00 4. Payday Service borrowed $350.00, I have paid back $807.50 and still owe $232.50. 5. Zipcash borrowed $250.00, I have paid back over $600.00. 6.

I am having problems contacting fsm/cmg. I noticed that there was someone who has the same loan. I faxed the paper to take out the full amount and they are still taking out $60.00. Can't find the paper i faxed. Can someone help me.

Hello, After refinancing my home in 9/2006, (credit report was perfectly clean)! we rechecked our credit report in 10/06, only to see that a collection had been added! Before that, we had not had any lates..etc for over 10 years. We immediately called Asset Acceptance the next day and was told it was a debt for $105.00 for an electric bill that we did not pay 4 years ago. The month in question for this bill was when we moved from MN to CA. We left a forwarding address, received all other mail, but never an electric bill.

Can someone please help me?? I got a call from allied interstate this morning only after they called my dad and told him that he owned a $4,000 cc bill and when he said it wasn't his. They started I guess looking at the account more and it was mine but my question is can they run a credit report on my husband when his name insn't on the account at all and shouldn't they have sent me something in the mail showing that this bill was owed??

Here is the situation ~ my brother is going through a divorce. He is pretty sure his ex is constantly checking his credit report because of comments she makes about things that she should not have any knowlege of. He is needing to find out how he can see if she is doing it or not. He has already tried contacting all 3 credit bureaus, but cannot get a live person to talk to. He has sent letters explaining what he thought was going on and all he gets back is his report has got a watch on it.

Need help paying off pay day loans. The extension fees are killing me monthly financially.

So I work non profit jobs and my credit was run up by a previous engagement. However the credit company is asking for a signature loan in the amount of 2600 this along with a bank, school loans and other various places where I owe money. So therefore I'd like a loan that could be paid back at a reasonable amount per month. Given that my amount that I bring home is 940/ month.
