I found this website by searching for help with pay day loans I cannot pay and needed help with, I was then matched up with Federated Financial Services and they are supposed to be contacting me. My concern is, when I put in their name to search I have read very negative things about this company and am scare now to work with them... can you help me.

Is anyone familiar with Nationwide credit corp? They are SCREWING my credit up and I just cannot seem to get the issue resolved. All of this stems from a fraudalent billing for personal property tax from Fairfax County, VA for a vehicle I sold in 2004. I proved that the vehicle was sold AFTER they forwarded my account to Nationwide for collection. Since then, Fairfax County has sent them letters stating that the account was closed for reasons being THEIR fault, not mine...and to close my account because it was faulty.

I was served a summons for an old debt. (Debt has not past SOL)They are suing for $2333 plus $349.99 attorney fees. The original debtor is not listed on the petition. Plaintiff in this case is First American Investment Inc. I have contacted numerous attorneys and they want my FIRST BORN! I am not employed because I had to quit my job to raise my 9 month old granddaughter. I live on child support arrearages for at least the next 6 months. My question is.....What do I do at this point?

I'm trying to clear up my credit and need contact info to start making payments.

If at all possible take your money out of this bank and put it into a REAL American bank, one that has the best interest of TRUE American citizens at heart.

I'm not sure if I would be able to get help or my kind of debt, but I think anything at this point is worth a try to help me get my credit back on track.

I have been trying to look through the past posts for this info, but there is so much other good info, I usually forget what I was looking for originally!! I have sent a letter to dispute the debt. How long should I wait before I send the cease to contact me or my son letter? I don't answer the phone, but it makes me crazy anyway. I just don't want to tick them off and have them pursue legal action instead. I am hoping that maybe, perhaps, this will go away....
