Allied has been calling my home for about 6 months, I found your site, warned my family, and the last time they called, I told them that they had the wrong number, to take me off the call list, and that they were being recorded. The calls stopped, so I thought we were ok. I got an email from my husband yesterday, stating that a collection agency had been calling his work, and left a message with the office manager that if he didn't call them by 1 pm yesterday, that they would be speaking to his boss to arrange wage garnishment.

So why are these people calling my house? When I have CHANGED my number which is UNLISTED? And telling me they have approved the loan I applied for and need me to call them back to verify info? HELL NO I DO NOT THINK SO! I NEVER applied for a loan and I'm willing to bet ice is going to freeze over in hell when I call them back to verify my info!

i am refinancing and have a past due from these guys on my record...think it is a medical bill but I can not find any info on this collection agency. they never sent me a bill or nothing.

I have sent Redline Recovery a certified letter stating that the account is and always has been under dispute. They have refused to stop calling me saying that they have forwared the letter to their client and that their client has to tell them to stop. How do I report them to get them to stop calling me? thanks, wayne

I have some serious negative marks on my CR due to following behind on credit card payments b/c of ipdls. My question is, I have two student loans, and I've be making my payments on time. Even though I have the negative marks, will my student loan payments help me out any as far as my credit score?

Sharon Williams keeps contacting me too and also threatened in an e-mail that I had better save up all the money I have. I thought I could send a payment via western union not knowing that money gram is competely different...didn\'t know that cause I never used either one before...and then the harrassing began...I am SCARED!!!!!don\'t know what to do...I want to make a 50 dollar payment in good faith but now I\'m not sure if this place or her is legit....please help...

I got a validation letter from asset acceptance like i requested. It doesn't have a last payment info on it, but I know it is out of SOL. They are now saying that they are suing me and that I have been served when I called them. The problem is, I never received any papers. They have my address now (lived here 3 years), but could they have filed somewhere else? How do I find out if they really filed suit or if they are full of it? Do they do it in county courts or small claims or where do I call to verify?

My husband and I are down to a low income home - we had built up debt due to medical problmes - our credit cards are going unpaid and utilitys are going up in amount to be owed we were doing good at first i had a job and so our debt was finally going to be iliminated but i hurt my back and now he's only working, We are looking for a debt consolidation where we can combine our utilities,medical,credit cards & other miscellanous to get paid in one some and so we can keep up with our normal bills and get ahead of the game Total Debt - 11000 give or take Amount we can Mostly pay for assistance -
