Is there any way you can consolidate secured loans? I need some help trying to figure out what I can do.

I was wanting to know are payday loans legal in Mississippi?I have 3 on line payday loans westernsy now cash call borrowed 1500 ended up with 1000 made 1 payment.Greatplain borrowed 900 made 2 payments and plain green borrowed 1200 has made 4 payments.

I have a PDL with Archway Group that i initiated on 4/30/12 in the amount of $300.00. To day I have paid $810 to them. I live in the state of Florida so I know they are illegal. Anyone have success asking them to consider this paid in full? Thanks!

I have tried to check to see if Zest Cash wa legal in Missouri. I have searched the Missouri website and nothing comes up. I also checked Spot Loan ( who is handling all of Zest Cash loans ) and nothing is coming up for the. Could you let me know if you have any other information on Zest Cash and Spotloan. Thanks

Hey all. It's been quite a while but honestly my homelife was just plain crazy. I have done absolutely NO credit repair in the last few years and just didn't have the time for it, let alone the time to come on and help out as much as I would have liked. I did goto school for consumer law, but after a few semesters I realized that we just couldn't make it on my hubby's salary, not for the handful of years school would take....so I decided to change my path a bit...I went into the academy and became a correctional officer (prison guard).

I have four payday loans and 1 flex loc loan and I am paying out 600 to 900 a month depending how many times I get paid that month and it is killing me and I cannot pay the loans off. please help me

If I have about 2500.00 in payday loan debt how much will I need to pay each month and what are your fees

I am in desperate need of help. I am in way over my head. I was unemployed for a few months. I am now working again and I thought that I would be able to just pay everything back so easily. I keep borrowing more just to pay the fees. Please help! I don't want to pay someone on the internet a fee to do this.

A formal complaint has been filed earlier this morning for several different matters. I'm calling to verify that I have the right address for this individual. Next step will be to file the necessary paperwork with the _____ Superior Court. (My local superior court). If you wish you to speak to the plaintiff you may call them at _______. You have officially been notified".
