I too have many payday loans that I just cannot pay. Can you tell me how to get in touch with T&C?

I got into a title loan back in early 06 to repair it and did great every month until I got an eye injury and was in the hospital and missed 2 payments.. I couldn't make up the payments nor did I have any credit to get a new auto loan so I had to give the vehicle to the title loan company and they sold it at aution 2 and 1/2 months later and I got a letter today that says I still owe 1100 more dollars to clear up the debt... what are my recourses... I just started getting credit as I got a loan from a finance co. to buy my used vehicle I have now... some day I want to get a house...

I have been contacted by family members saying Asset Acceptance has sent letters and made phone calls looking for me. I called them a number of times, the first couple of times they would not tell me what this debt was for. The last time I called she did tell me that it was for a Mastercard ( I have never had a Mastercard ) I have now been issued a summons to appear in court. I also had checked on the Statute of Limitations for MO which for an open account is 5 years, which from what I understand this goes well over that.

I would like a program tha would help me pay my debts with a low oayment each month.

Please help...secret cash card service has debited my checking account for $49.95 and $149.95...I am unable to receive response through email. Have sent more than ten emails requesting refund with NO RESPONSE from the company. Please help me. Thank you so much.

Hello, I am looking to consolidate my credit cards into one payment plus some back association dues I owe. Last year I had to resign from the military which also cost me my civilian job I had with the government and only recently got a full time job. However, because of the job lose and working temp jobs in between I racked up a lot of debt on my credit cards and fell behind on my association dues. I have a mortgage which is current so I only want to consolidate the credit cards and my association dues before they foreclose on my home.

I took out a loan and can't remember who with, withdrawls are to a company called Laser Lending any help would be great. Thanks
