I took out a loan for $5000 with cash call and to date have paid them almost $11,000. i have stopped paying and they keep calling for the payments. I knwo have a comany called Delbert Services that is calling but the caller ID says cash call -nevada. I live in michigan and don't think they are licensed in my state. What are my ootions? Should I catch the loan up to date and keep paying?

I received a "restricted" call on my work cellphone not my personal phone from a Mark Jacobs asking if I still resided at my address because he was from a "Third Party Legal" office. He wanted to serve me some papers for me to go to the courthouse. I asked him what kind of company he represented and he told me to call 877-392-2128 and gave me a Claim #.

We have been in bankrupcy since 2008, making payments, we have missed a few, but now we have a letter stating that the motion to stay wants to be lifted from the bank for not keeping up on payments. IF they have been taking our payments and have not said a word in 4 years can this be done. Our lawywer is not even calling us back ......

I closed my bank account and sent letters of revocation in May. Things have been pretty quite until this week, ameriloan and Advantage cash Services have started calling at work and sending emails. I have overpaid the principal on one of them in the amount in 40.00 and by 500.00 on the other. I have requested that they both quit calling me at work and yet they continue to do so. I am not sure how to handle this next.

I had an account with chase it was a credit card.... or bank card sold it to Arrow Financial who is now out if business and can t get any info from them, i need a charge off letter or a letter from them stating the loan was paid or debt paid ... but how... Paul

If you go to any of any of the websites, they claim to be owned and operated by the Guidiville Indian Rancheria in Talmadge, CA. I had a loan with mynextpaycheck, which I think was originally called paychecktoday. On the old loan document they list themselves as Tribal Lending Enterprise dba My Next Paycheck.

St. Group - Borrowed $300 8/15/12 - Paid to date: $90 United Cash Loan-Borrowed $400 8/1/12- Paid to date: $120 where do I find the laws regarding this in my state? I am newly divorced with 2 children and robbing peter to pay paul as a result my other bills are in jeopardy. I am ashamed and emabarrassed and just want to clear this up. I am in Oklahoma. I have 4 payday loans that I can not pay back. Cash Now, CheckNGo, Eastside Lenders which the account is now handled by Alliance, and One Click Cash. What can they do? I know I can't afford to pay the amounts they are offering over a 3 month period. Any ideas?

Sir/ Ma'am, I'm active duty military whom needs some help. I really don't know where to start. I have over 10k credit card debt, over 31K automobile and over 2200 in household expenses to pay per month. My wife hasn't worked in 30 months and did not apply for unemployment when we transfered to the DC area. So basically I'm living payday to payday. I've maxed out my loans to the bank and I've even taken out loans on my Thrift saving plan. I've interviewed for multiple part time jobs to no avail. Any advise you could provide would be appreciated.
