We are needing some help getting out from under payday loans. Had to borrow due to me having surgery right after getting a house and car problems, Christmas, school things for the kids, etc. Now we are paying out almost $400 or better every 2 weeks and dont' seem to be getting anywhere. My Story; Late one evening I heard these screams coming from my living room. I grabbed my trust sawed off Big Harley and went to investigate. in the living room my phone was crying, allied collection service has called again,10 times 10 different people, that sounded alike,also my mother, my 5 brothers,it was relentless .I talked to them once,they have the authority to call anytime,anyplace,no government law was able to stop them.I told them if you think I am this person,then because you have my phone number then by default you know where I am.stop around myself and my Brother Harley.

I am being hunted down by a collection agency that wants me to pay $28K for a car I had repossessed. I made three years of payment on the car and I know that $28K was the original loan. They are saying that they are charging daily interest on it. I have zero dollars. Should I let them take me to court or what should I do?

I just received this call (message) from QuickPay LLC to let me know that I had an outstanding balance with them and that it was in my best interest to call them right away. From what I remember I had a loan with them a couple of years ago and it was paid in full, not to mention that it was renewed over and over for months, so it was paid including the finance charge. I am trying to find out if they are legal in the State of Florida to operate before I call them back. Thanks.
