Hello - I've gotten myself into a terrible mess. I currently owe on three payday loans. I live in Nebraska. 1. Western Sky/Cash Call - I borrowed $2600. I've made 3 payments of $294 2. Great Plains Lending - I borrowed $800. I've made 3 payments of $136.37 and one payment of $166.37 3. PayDay Nation - I borrowed $600. I've made one payment of $75. I cannot afford to make the payments any more. I'm unable to pay my rent/utilities/buy food. I have NO friends or family I can borrow money from. I need the money to stop coming out of my account automatically.

Would you trust doing business with this company?

I live in Pa. and I have 6 payday loans that are burying me. I have been paying on them for over 1 yr. Are the loans legal in the state of Pa.? How do I get thru this. I am just spinning out of control and I want to get back in control of my finances. Can someone help me!!!

I sent emails to Bayside Cash about PDL and revoked ACH rights. Chase will not close my account so they continued to attempt to take out payments. I just now called Bayside and had to get nasty - they say they have never received any written notification from me, of course. I threatened them with FTC etc...... In the same phone conversation my unpaid balance was lowered from 380 to 275. She asked me what I intended to do about paying the balance and I told her nothing - they owe me 690!!!!!! I asked her to prove that they are licensed in Indiana and she said they are not.

It was originally 276.00 but with everything it'll be 300.00 dollars I lost my job and just cannot pay it as of right now. It through world fiance, can anyone help?:-(

just found out..i have judgement against me for the past five yrs, with this firm! i got no letter. nothing to let me know anyone was sueing me! do they do payment plans, etc?? i think its unlawful,not letting me know, i was being sued, for 5 yrs,they saidthey couldn't find me?! what the? thatsnot right!

Hello, I posted under the avatar "Feeling Good" a couple days back in regards to 7 payday loans I had, and my strategy with the companies. I filed complaints with my state's AG, and sent revocation letters to each lender, showing interest I had paid, and offered a compromise with each lender to offset what I owed to the over payment of interest on previous or current loans. These are fair offers in my mind. I will not ask the lenders to refund any over payment, and I am paid in full. Well my first success came today. Keep in mind I sent the revocation letters on Monday night, 9/3.

Hello, I recently received a call from Nationwide, they called my family to get a hold of me. Supposedly there was a lawsuit under my name, and there was a locator trying to find me to give me paper work, and if he found me there would be an extra $200 charge. I was called about a debt I owed to a loan agency, I was surprised at the amount it did not sound accurate, though being young and not knowing much about scams I believed these people, they sounded legit, they even had a case number for me.

We do not currently have any debts or past due bills. I do not understand why you keep calling our house when we are not behind on any debts. I believe you have a wrong number. When I try and return your call I am placed on hold (as I am right now) for (so far) 35 minutes. What the hell DO YOU WANT!!!???
