I called National Money Store this morning. They were VERY nice to me ( I was stunned) and explained the whole story that I had my account closed and I asked them if I could send a money order and they said they only deal with money orders! The man gave me an address National Money Store 700 Central Ave APDO 409-2400 DESAMPARADOS, SAN JOSE COSTA RICA The man said that if I send the money order for $250.00 and it was post dated before 2/9/07 he would not add on any other fees.... My question is- should I go ahead and do this?

Three weeks ago I received a call and a letter from a debt collector who purchased my account. I offered to make payments by money order, they refused and they requested my bank account information, I refused to do that, they said they will sue me. I haven't heard from them since. I called the AG office in my state, I was told not give my bank account to the Debt collector. I checked with BBB in their state and they had 26 complaints some these complaints were for unauthorized transaction and charges. Your advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I just wanted to let everyone know that paydayyes is the only one that showed any type of cooperation with me. They took my state information and not only applied it to the loan, but refunded a few bucks as well. Arrowhead did break everything down into manageable payments. They say they are a very small company and can't afford to refund or take off any fees. Think this part is crap, but at least they were keeping things manageable for me. Just can not wait to get out of this nightmare. This has been the most stress I have been under in years.

Over the summer, my husband and I purchased a new home. Approximately 3 weeks later, he lost his job, and when he finally found a new one, he had to take a $4.00 paycut. How do I find out my apr

Well after taking a long hard look at my DH credit report we've decided to start paying off all his past debts. As he is set to deploy soon I have been given the task of doing all the administrative work I'm at a loss as to where to start. Some of his old accounts have been charged off and handed over to companies such as Asset Acceptance. Now my problem is I cannot seem to find matching amounts on the credit report, meaning debts that match the exact amount of the charged off card. I'm wondering if these debts being collected are valid debts at all.

I've been in bankruptcy now for about 5 months and I would like to do a modification. I want to change it from a 5 year to a 3 year bankruptcy. I know the payment will probably increase but can this be done?
