I have been a customer of Wachovia Bank for over 4 years. Last year I had a couple of IPDLs that were paid by using my checking account information. The IPDLs have continued to try to hit my account several times and of course, the debits got returned and I was charged $35 NSF for each transaction. Every time I would call the bank and explain to them that those companies (Cash Doctors, Payday Loan Cash Now and Loan Shop) were already paid in full and they were not authorized to debit my account anymore. Every time I had my NSFs charges refunded by them.

the other day i recieved a phone call from what i assume to be a collector. i had the phone number on my phone, today that number called again and left a voicemail. which i thought was odd, usually they just hang up, but the guy said that it is not a soliciation call and that it is "a very very important buisness matter for me " and i need to call him. is there a way to find out whos calling by just a phone number?

Does anyone know how checkngo online pursues default accounts, will they work with you on a monthly payment plan?

I recently had a charge show up for MTE Financial on my bank statement TWICE. I looked up their info on this website and called the number. I put in my information hoping it would tell me more about this account. It says that I am in collections, but I do not have any PDLs under any of the names give by this company? Should I report fraud? Also, what will banks need in order for me to recover my money if necessary? Thanks in advance for any help on this. Unfortuantely, I ended up under the Sonic/CTC cloud (might be the worst PDL yet).

How can I get addresses and phone #'s to collections and people I owe?

I have used the on line loan companys for quite a while but I can't get rid of VC funding. I am located in Columbus, Ohio. I have paid them $90.00 per pay day which is twice a month since July 2006. My loan was for only 300.00. I had my bank put a hold on on this months transactions but they went through any way. I really need to stop this, do I have to close my account at the bank? I have other payments going out for car insurance and car payments or is this the only way? I have paid them $1260.00 for a 300.00 loan how embarasing. Jodi

I feel very frusterated that i can't pay off my payday loans. Plus i have tons of bills on top of that. I feel very frusterated. I just wanted to put all my bills into one with my payday loans. that would help me alot. It is getting to the point they are getting legal action on me and i can't come up with all of the money for them. I need to take care of this now but how i don't know. I dont' want to file bankrupy i want to go another route if i can possible.
