Can internet payday loan companies call my employer and give out my financial information in order for them to collect? I thought that was illegal.

I just looked at my credit report again and noticed phone #'s on my report that are totally inaccurate. can I get them removed? Some of these #'s are so old and some are a relatives #. AHH help!

I would like to remind everyone that when a third party debt collection company purchases your information, you have no contractual relationship with them nor any financial obligation with them. They try an convince you to establish a contract with them through deception. Do not agree to anything. If a debt is in collection, the original creditor has charged the debt off and expensed the debt on their tax returns. They have been made whole for the principal, and are only entilted maybe to the interest on the loan. Contact a lawyer.

i was given a medication that gave me a saver condition and it put me into debt.

Started out young with my credit cards with high available balance that just kept getting bigger. Now I have about $15k in cc loans and most of them have apr of 29%. The interest is killing me. I would like to consolidate these into one low monthly payment. Please help.

I have 2 debts with them. I know that they cannot call before 8 am, but they call at exactly 8am. Anyway, one of the debts is a checking account the original over drawn amount was $111.00, but with all of their fees it now totals $407. I asked them to forgive some o;f the fees, but they said since I admitted it was my fault they wouldn't. So now AI says they will settle for $325. I personally think that is too much, but I'll have to pay it. The other is $80.
