With a prior bankruptcy that is over a year old? I am basically debt free except for car payment and one cc with small balance that I pay in full each month. Be very careful applying for payday loans, some of these websites use third party information to get your personal information and debit your account. My suggestion if you should become a victim of Secret Cash Card, when you receive your refund check, go to a check cashing location instead of depositing in your bank. I havent read about anyone who had issues cashing through the bank BUT with all the scams flying around i would want to be on the safe side.

I got an ein# many years ago..I had worked on and off as an independent contractor..so I was told to use the # ..for that ..it was suppose to be legal..and I could use it to get credit for my business..So, I had used the number a couple of times over the year. I recently got a little credit card..just $200 and was paying it on time. I went for a mortgage and the broker asked me if I had any credit cards..none were on my report.

Hello, I am currently a resident of Arizona and after researching on the internet, I believe I am reading correct in the fact that a PDL company may only extend a loan a maximum of 3 times?? I have a couple of PDL companies that have charged the $90 interest charge more than three times without deducting extra from the principal. What should I do in these situations? Also, for Arizona residents, can a company extend more than three times if deducting from principal?? I guess I am a little lost and some guidance would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello. I am attempting a 2nd post seeing that my computer froze (which has been happening alot lately due to it's age).
