Hello, Plain and simple i owe my credit card about $3000 and i would rather pay it all up front and then pay a minimum (something like $150-200/ month) I think this is much easier for me. Please advise.

I received a call from first credit of america, about a debt with a company I've never heard of (Alian, Allian, Elian... who knows the jerk wouldn't even spell it for me so I could look into it.) for "adult entertainment software" when I asked him what it was for, wanting more specific information he accused me of being too stupid to understand him and again refused to provide me with any details. I believe this is a fraudulent charge but the representative refuses to provide me with any information.

I took out a loan some time ago with this company and I was under the impression that the loan would be paid down. I became ill and had someone handling my finances. I just began dealing with my finances and found that this company has been taking out faithfully twice monthly the fee but the loan was never paid down. My 300 loan has cost me 1,980 in fees. I have tried to contact this company without any sucess. Any help would be appreciated.
