I am paying a company to clean up my credit and I got my 1st report back fron TransUnion. It has 3 deletions and verified, no change. What does Verified, No change mean? Does this mean that they still have to fight it or will it come off? Thanks

If I am watching the SOL for something on my credit report, do I go by the "Date of Last Activity" or "Date 1st Major Delinquency?" This is something on my Equifax credit report, but it's not on Transunion or Experian. Also, where would I find info on the SOL for Ohio? BTW, I can't dispute this item b/c it is actually something that I screwed up :(

Has anyone heard of Web Payday. I got a collection letter from National Credit Adjusters and not sure what payday loan is associated with Web Payday

I called Arrowhead today and told them that they were not state licensed in the state of Utah and I had a loan out for 200.00 and I have paid them 660.00 and he told me to hold and when he got back he said that he talk to his manager and that I was paid in full. are they pretty good about not taking out money when they say that my account is paid in full. and should I get refund

Palisades keeps hounding me about a credit card from providian, no I did not pay the card, I was called by New Horizon financial and was offered a payoff for this bill, I accepted and payed as agreed and sent that proof to palisades. They refuse to recognize the company I paid the money to and say I still owe I have the letter from New Horizon financial and also from summit capital services who bought New horizon, so did where do I turn now???

I called Gsfil today because they had deposited money into my Checking account in the amount of 250.00 I have already paid them 465.00 and they still said I owe 265.00 I told them that I was going to get the attorney general after them and they said go ahead. They are not licensed in the State of Utah and how do I contact my attorney general from the state of Utah I want to report these guys immediarely. When I told them they were licensed they said how come we gave you a loan and we are licensed through all the natation.

First of all I am in the Navy. My problems all started when I was eligible for housing pay to live out in town. I got several credit cards to pay for furniture. later I consolidated my debt. Around this time I had a fiance. I started putting her in charge of the bills. I made my bank account negative so many times I could no longer use a lot of services, including the ATM, so I switched banks.

Three years ago I received a judgment on a credit card debt, most recently I found out that a lien had been placed on my property (land), how in the world could something like this be legal? also, what can I do to clear this and is there a statute of limitations? This is in Florida. Thank you..
