Help with Internet PDL

I have a quick question. I have had some outstanding PDL's but paid them all off but GFS. I have been getting calls at work from them, asking for my payroll department. I have asked to make payments to them but they won't. I do not have the money at this time to pay them off in full. I have told them that next month, I would be able to take care of this, but they are threatening me with a wage garnishment...what can I do?

Here is an announcement – URGENT

After receiving lots of complaints from valued DebtCC members we reviewed the latest activities in the Pub section. We cannot lose our old members because of one person with bad intention. We tried to deal the matter with all possible ways: we banned the user first and then we banned IP addresses as well. Unfortunately this was not enough to deal with the stubborn people. Hence we decided to stop Guests’ posting in DebtCC forum. It was tough for us to take such a step because we always wanted to treat Guests with similar attention that we offer to our members.

Not licensed in Minnesota

I live in Minnesota and three of my paday loans are not licensed in Minnesota, cash central; paydayok and paydayselect. does that mean I can write a complaint to my attorney general and get my accounts marked paid in full? I've rolled the over many times, and paid alot of interest and fees, they are currently in default.

service through a p.o. box

If the court tries to serve a summons to someone who only has a p.o. box, How would the court serve the summons? The court could sent the summons by certified mail, but what if the boxholder doesn't pick up the letter? Would they have someone waiting at the box until someone opens it? Can the post office legally put an alarm on the box that goes off when someone opens the box? Thanks for your input.
