I tried to call the number back and it says it is not in service, my fear is they will deduct money from my account.

I sent spotloan an e mail stating they are illegal in in the state of Missouri. I never heard back from them. I sent another e mail and did not give a response. Finally I called them to inquire if they received the letter and if they did when would I get a response. They put me on hold and when she came back she informed me that it had been sent to their legal department and I would be getting the response from them. Its been a week and I still have not had any communication from them. Has anyone else tried to contact Spotloan and also what do you think my next step should be.

I'm officially confused, :confused: help me please. I owe 10k in defaulted student loans. I filled for a Hearing or Exemption, due to financial circumstances, but I received a letter saying that they have withdrawn their prior to Wage Withholding, and that no hearing will be held. They will not withhold my wages but they said I have to make satisfactory repayment arrangements on my account or it will result in them withholding my wages. Does this mean I'm not in default? What exactly does this mean? I'm hoping to go back to school asap, and am in a financial hardship right now.
