Is NCO Financial in anyway affiliated with Bank of America? I was negative in my bank of america checking account by $448.00. I was told my account was closed. According to bank terms I know they could have dipped into my account with another bank affiliated with Bank of America to take it. They did not do this instead they closed my account. It appears according to my credit report that the account was sold to NCO financial who to my garnished the amount out of my savings account without even trying to settle with me. Are they affiliated with Bank of America? If not..

Hey, anyone know of a debt consolidation company (reputable lol) that accepts cell phone bills in collections? I have a 419.28 one and a ugh 820 some dollar one. I'm with american consumer credit and they don't accept those.

Anybody ever heard of them or dealt with them?

I have 2 accounts with Chase Bank that I closed so I could pay them off. They agreed to drop the interest rate down in order for me to do this. I call on the 1st of every month and make a payment of $132 between the 2 accounts. I noticed today that my interest rate is back up to 29.99% and I'm actually adding to my principal amount instead of it decreasing every month when I make a payment. I called to find out what was wrong -- and they said I missed a payment in June of 2006 and that's when the interest rate went back up.

I took a personal loan of $2600 from cash call. I needed this loan for transportation to and from work. Now that I have been making payments of $216.55 per month, I noticed that my balance almost didn't decrease. I can't afford to keep the loan at its current %96 interest rate. I received a letter in the mail today from the BBB of Florida with Bass' response regarding my complaint. This is what they had the nerve to say.
