I know this is dumb question. Well in 2994 my mother passed away. She did the bookeeping for our business. Well when 2005 arrived before i supposed to bring in the w-2 forms for our account. Well they were misplaced and she was the one(my mom) who take care of it. Well i need to get the taxes and i need to know how/where to get a copy for my accountant. I live in wisconsin and my former resisdence was in minn. Please if anyone has some good advice i would welcome it. Thanks,Jack

Hello Everyone! An update on our favorite payday lender. I just received a call from Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit. They are sending a letter today to Rio Resources on my behalf to Cease and Desist any collection efforts on my balance and that my account is to be marked paid in full and I owe them nothing!!! Yoo Hoo!!!!! He said he had about a 100 other people's complaints on his desk. Keep the complaints rolling in! We will get them shut down!!!!

Does anyone know how to get in touch with them. I want to put more towards my loan that the processing fee that keeps coming out every two weeks so that I can get rid of this loan. I feel like I have paid this loan off including the fees and more. I tell you this payday loan thing will eat your lunch. Can I put a stop payment on this????

what happens if you do not pay the collection agency, what actions can they take. the reason i'm asking is because i cashed a bad check for a friend at WAMU using my account (i know its my fault), not knowing that the check was a fraud. after the whole transaction was done, i see that the balance on my account is negative the amount of the check. so i don't pay the balance since i live paycheck to paycheck. well, a couple of days ago, ER solutions calls me and tells me that i need to pay the balance. i tell the guy that i'm going to pay but that i'm unemployed at the moment.

I am trying to find the best way to get out of payday loan debt - it is so bad that they are taking about 85% of my paycheck and i'm having trouble paying my other bills - has anyone ever been able to make payment arrangements with them to get this debt down.
