Anyone every heard of this Payday loan company, i applied and was approved, i am awaiting a call back from them to verify the loan.... Also, what happens typically if you cant pay back a loan. Do you make arrangements etc? Do they allow that?

How do I handle an attorney's office who has obtained a judgment for a credit card debt? I need to make sure that the debt is settled with the card company and will not later come back and say I still owe them.

I thought I had paid of 7 payday loans and was very relieved but I got a phone call from the kelly law firm saying they were going to have me arrested if I didn't pay 3500.00 the original loan was 500.00 and at least 50.00 was pd well I tried to talk to them offered 500.00they said no I set a letter dispiting the ammount. they called again much nocer man than the previous woman said he would take 2900.00 I offered 500.00 he said no way I complained to BBB and my state AR.

I am 20 years old and have put myslef in a bad situation. I have put myself in to so much debt that I can't think straight. I am moving to Chicago in May and I owuld like to get my debt under control. I am not looking for the program where my debt is settled. I want to get all my debt into one place and make one payment. I would like to pay it off in hte next year to two years at a decent interest rate. I am currently employed at McCarthy Building making approx. 1500/month. The job I am taking in May will bump my pay up to $2,000/month.

If accounts are already in collection, can I still get help? I am about $30k total. I am in a better spot in my life and I have a good amount monthly that I can pay. I just cant pay it all at once. It's making me crazy and I just want to clear it up. I am currently putting some validation letters together and hopefully will be contacting the original creditors but I am wondering if I should get help b4 I make any moves. I have been pretty good with money for most of my life, but 2 things have just come up that I do not know what to do with and they are big chunks of money. 1) $12,000 from the IRS. This was from a job I took that did not have taxes taken out, I was told I had 3 years to claim it, and now the IRS wants it. 2) $5000 from a credit card I thought I had paid off. I was offered a settlement, or I thought in college, pay $1000 of a $2700 bill and all was forgiven. They have no record of that and have been charging me late fees ever since with no contact so now they say I owe them almost $5000.
