any idea what company would ACH with Fast Cash 321?

am curently pending my section eight VOUCHER program they gave me JANUARY 01-07 TO 01-15-07 15 days to pay the housing authoritys of las vegas nevada 3,000 dollars. I lived in the worst part of town in las vegas. 6 or 7 years ago I really need my voucher for section eight. I have 3 kids and a part time job I live in a better area everyone is happy here, my kids go to school they have magnet programs at their school and there getting a's and b's my rent is 1,1000 dollars i cant make it, but am going to keep trying.

Has anyone had any experience making payment arrangments with Check N Go Online? If so, please share how you dealt with them and how it turned out.

i have medical bills, pay day loans and a negative balance in my checking account. Mostly from stupidity. How do I go about consolidating all of this. Everything I look up ou need to own a house which I do not.

I have a charge off on my CR from First Premier Bank. I got my check on Friday and have the extra money to pay it off ($239.22). :D It is with a CA right now and that is who I made the check out to. I called them yesterday to get the payoff address and asked the lady about reporting it to the credit bureaus and she said that they didn't report, F.P. would report it. When they get the check for the payoff in full, (no settlement, paid balance in full), how will it appear/change on my CR?? Since it will have a $0 balance, will it still report charge off??

hi, I have gotten myself in the payday loan trap, and now I can not keep up. My bank accout is negative so I get another loan, how soon can I get the debt management plan to start?

I have been so dumb and got in the payday loan trap, doee the debt management plan really help with those, or do they just end up going to court? and how soon can I start?

please help, i bounced a check with a finance company and after calling & leaving messages they came to my house & treatened to call the sheriff if i did not pay my bounced check. Is this legal?
