please help, i bounced a check with a finance company and after calling & leaving messages they came to my house & treatened to call the sheriff if i did not pay my bounced check. Is this legal?

Who can I call that will negotiate with the PDL companies? Everyone I've tried has told me that I would have to deal with them on my own.

If you worked Christmas and New Years and it's in the same pay period(every two weeks), and your boss says they will pay you for one holiday this pay period, then two weeks from now will pay you for the other holiday, is this legal? My sons girlfriend just called, and said her boss is telling her she has to wait two more weeks to get her holiday pay for one of them and it didn't sound right to me, but I'm not up on some of this stuff!..Thanks..Karen :D

we do not have a dollar of overdue debts whatsoever, but we got calls daily. my wife called back and told them we are on "no call" list and do not have any debts outstanding. the response was that a call is the only way how to reach us. i contacted the federal trade commission and complained on their web site that is dedicate to complaints concerning violation of "no call" rule, but the calls continue.

I took out a pdl about 4 months ago and I can't find the phone # for FTR in order to pay off the loan. I thought they would deduct the total amount due in full from my a account on the due date but, they are only deducting the processing fee. I has caused my account to be overdrawn and I need their pone# to pay them in full.

A payday loan company is telling me i will be arrested for a bad check charge.
