I just checked Karma.com and they said that Lvnv is showing up on my credit report for $900.00 I tried to call this Lvnv and the number was not connected. Have they gone belly up? or what. I need to have this removed. I owe no anything.....Please help. Scott

i have received an email into my spam folder from acs incorp saying i am being sued for a payday loan, my soc sec number has been put on hold, and i am being charged with four diff crimes if i do not call and make payment for 900. I do not have and have not had any payday loans,in fact they are illegal in nc. the email is written like it is from someone who does not speak english, is this a legitimate collection agency. has anyone heard of them or received similar email.

i have had a ccj on a person which will need to be renewed in feb 13. i have had the bailiffs involved,, sherriffs office. he went for an iva then defaulted and ran off to india to work. he is back and promised to pay me but i have had nothing. i have asked to have his wife added to the judgement/ccj as she is working- she did send my sols 4 cheques a few years ago but cancelled 4 of them... is there any advise you can give me or a good collections agency

I have been harrased at work by these collectors stating that they want to speak to my HR or sayiing that they have an officer finding out where I work. I have one question. I live in Tennessee. I took a loan from Western Sky and they sold it to Cash Call. Cash Call is reporting it on my credit reports. I disputed it and Equifax sent me a response stating that Cash Call presented validation of the loan to them. I'm not sure what to do now. Help.

I received a settlement offer from convergent stating i owed lvnv funding 1,066.25. I do not know what this debt is. I checked my credit reports and its not listed on them. what should i do. if i ask them to validate the debt could that trigger them to report to the credit agency

if they put it in our account and we never applied for this loan why do we have to return it? wouldn't it be a gift? or can't we take them to court for illegally accessing our account? These things just popped into my head because they deposited into my account as well...
