How can i pay these people off they have no phone # and They keep refinance my acct.I got a loan last month for 200.00 andd they keep takeing money out of my acct.

This company account appeared on my credit report; however, I paid this account in full some time ago, and I would like to write to this company to ask them to close this account so it reflects as such on my report. Thank you!

I have a payday lender that is being included in my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, which has already been filed. However, the payday lender has not been added to the case yet - they will be by next week, I hope. The problem is the lender is threatening legal action by sending the sheriff to my job to "serve court papers". She says giving her the attorney's phone number doesn't do any good, because she needs a case number. I told her to call the attorney and get it - she won't. She is saying that she can't do anything until she gets the paperwork in the mail.

i too have been a victim of this 19.95 scam. i called my bank and they wanted to close out my acct and then i have to go file a police report and blah blah blah. This compnay is a piece of crap and this has caused me a great deal of stress. Has anyone else been refunded??

I am a single parent, full time student with $ 10- $15 thousand in credit debt. I am recently seperated and now have a minimal income, before my husband was around to help with payments. The only income I have is through the VA. I want to pay back what i owe but can only do so much now. Sarah
