what to do if a junk debt buyer is calling you three times a day. calling you a liar and stating that they will sue you so get lawyer. And telling your mom she does not know how to raise a child and her daughter does not know how to pay her bills
Has anyone ever heard of them? They have an account for a family member that use to be with Montgomery Ward. The account is more than seven years old and they have transferred it to that company. Who are they and can they collect on this debt even though Montgomery Ward filed for Chapter 11?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I owe several payday loans and live in maryland. Due to large decrease in income I dont have the money to pay back all at once. What can i do. This week alone I've paid one hundred eight-nine dollars in nsf. Which could have been paid on one of the loans.
First, Thanks SO much for replying.......I'm in Michigan. One of the worse economic states......I called my senator and said, "let's not call this program "Emergency Tempoary Financial Aid" Cause that word "Emergency" implies great need and urgency.....
How 'bout "Temporary Financial Aid - 4 months to determine eligiability" form.
I want to be working. I can't they say. You can't plan for disability by filling out the forms 4 months prior to be classified as disabled. The state programs forget it, we're the MotorCity and there are many people in worse shape than I am  .
I apologize for all the posts but the site said I was banned after I tried the guest posts. I figured I had to join the community thus the third post.

My understanding is that these two companies are not affiliated in any legal way. But that Bass hired a lot of the Crosby leftovers. In fact, I know that Bass hired at least a few Crosby leftovers.
While I think they are not affiliated, I noticed today on BudHibbs.com that when you click on the link for Bass and Associates under "America's Worst collection agencies," it actually takes you to a story for Ellis Crosby.
Does Hibbs know something we don't know?
I know for a fact that Bass hires people straight out of the hood with little or no formal training.
