Is there anyone on the forum who has dealt with MyCashNow for payday loans? If so, what are your experiences with them, such as making payment arrangements and such?

Now I am so far behind it is extremely hard to catch up. Has anyone dealt with this payday loan company, or does anyone know if they are legal in Michigan?

I need more information on backruptcy, my husbands accounts are showing up on my credit report and I also found out he has opened up accounts in my name and included them in a bankruptcy, what can I do?

Can anyone say? I was informed that after 10 years all bad debt has to come off the credit report ,then someone else told me 7 years all comes off,is this true.

So, I'll try and give the quick version. Have some debt, then got real sick, on disabilty, and have no job now. Going to have to file for chapter 7 to get rid of the credit card debts. The only thing I am not behind on, house payments, and utilities. What will happen to my house after i file? I don't want to lose my house!! Thanks
