Does anyone know if you can file a complaint with the NC AG's office online??

I had a payday with FTR Processing (I'm a little unorganized but I don't remember receiving any documents from them). I was late with the payment, but I never received any phone calls or emails from them. Yesterday some lady from Bass & Associates calls me saying that I owe FTR $751 right away or they county clerk is going to come to my job and come get me. I don't if it's real or not, but the loan was only $300 and now I owe them $751? Can anybody give me advice on what I should do?

Well lets see about ten minutes ago i checked my email and found that my bank credited my account the 805.00 back that nationwidecash took by fraud and they found it to be fraud and are sending their findings to the AG, the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit, and the County DA. I filed it Tuesday and got the money back about 5pm today. You all are so right, just stand up and speak out for your rights once they suck you in and YOU CAN WIN!!! But the email said it was outright fraud!
