My grandmother recently passed away in Texas and had a few small credit card bills. She has no spouse and no estate. She was living in a nursing home and was in the process of trying to get medicaid. What responsibility do we, the family, have for this debt? What can the credit card companies do?

Okay, I weighed in Monday. I didn't exercise Monday but did on Tuesday. I have followed my diet except for a few cookies on Monday. I have been following my budget. I have also been tracking where my money is spent. I haven't gotten paid yet but plan to put $50 into savings when I do. Anyone else?

I have received by telephone a settlement amount for a debt.The problem is they want to access my bank account for payments.I told them to give m 24 hours to think about it.I immediately wrote a letter to them stating that I intended to pay my debt but I was uncomfortable with their method.I suggested that I submit the payment by bank cashier check/moneyorder to be sent certified.I also stated that if this was not agreeable contact me in writing with the reasons why or if it were agreeable this I wanted it in writing along with the settlement amount.lastly, that once the debt was paid that i

Edollars DIrect and Westbury they are connected... this company has illegally been taking money from my accounts.. they have taken money daily for a week.. i recently had a payday loan with northway it was paid off and now i would like another unable to find website for payday loan

My husband and I have enrolled into a program with credit solutions because we wanted to pay off our debt. Then I learned that the creditors might not accept the negiotiation. I'm worried because we havn't paid our monthly payments because we were told not to. What should I do??? Need help, PLEASE!!
