Hi I am currently about to hit the point of debt where there is no turning back. Between payday loans and over $300 this month alone (which is more than the total of one of my payday loans) in overdraft fees by my bank I am looking for a solution.
Does anybody know who these telephone number belong to?
775-319-1506 and
704-800-9978 (I know this one is in Charlotte, NC but that's all) I did a anywho search. is there other searches to find out without having to pay for a report?
These people have been calling me since 5:00 and either hang up before I get to answer the phone or its computer generated and no one is there or when I answer you hear a click then the phone hangs up.
THanks Karen
is it true that this paul kuperstein guy is REALLY going to be hit with a class action lawsuit? if so, I was contacted by him a month ago, and STUPID, STUPID me, I paid him. if you need ANOTHER name for the (alleged) lawsuit, please contact email address removed as per forum rules - Mike
(after first contact, I will give you my personal email. NOW I try to protect myself! Yeesh.)
Ok, I am going to make a long story short. (if I can)
We found out in November of this year that our mortgage was sold in March of this year. We had been sending certified checks (because I am a victim of identity theft). We called in November because we were late with Octobers payement and would be late with November's since I had 2 surgeries. We found out that the mortgage had been sold and we were sending the payments to the wrong address.
i defaulted on my payment two years ago.
I discovered that the salesman bribed me into the deal by saying the only they would finance the vehicle was if I bought their "gap" insurance policy and if I bought the warranty. when I confronted them they wouldnt take responsibility nor would they re-negotiate my loan. i've kept the vehicle locked up ever since and I need some kind of closure with this. any advice?
