Ok, I am going to make a long story short. (if I can) We found out in November of this year that our mortgage was sold in March of this year. We had been sending certified checks (because I am a victim of identity theft). We called in November because we were late with Octobers payement and would be late with November's since I had 2 surgeries. We found out that the mortgage had been sold and we were sending the payments to the wrong address.

i defaulted on my payment two years ago. I discovered that the salesman bribed me into the deal by saying the only they would finance the vehicle was if I bought their "gap" insurance policy and if I bought the warranty. when I confronted them they wouldnt take responsibility nor would they re-negotiate my loan. i've kept the vehicle locked up ever since and I need some kind of closure with this. any advice?

This number has been calling me for 3 days now and I have no idea who it is. They never leave a message and when I answer the phone just hangs up. When I try to call the number back I just get a busy signal...it's driving me crazy and it calls at least 3 or 4 times a day. Does anybody recognize this number at all. 727-528-7129
