Can anyone tell me if there are any rules regarding calling references about payments being sent back nsf? Northway called one of mine and got her very upset.

Redline has been sending me about 3 automated calls per week asking me to return their calls. So I do, EVERY ONE of them. My statement is always that I do not owe their client any money. If they believe that I do, send me a copy of the invoice. Sometimes they say that they will mail me a copy but it never comes. When they later tell me that they did mail it that gives me an oppertunity to point out how much that they lie.

I just got my www.annualcreditreport.com report, and it showed 21 potentially negative accounts and 18 in good standing. I went ahead and disputed the 21 accounts. Some were duplicate charges, others I didn't even recognize. But now what happens? Anyone with experience in this? I have the report number.

I have a slum lord that is trying to collect $600 for past due rent. They cited Electric bill for said apartment at $60 per month. My electric bill ran from $187 (i wasn't even home) to $287 per month. I have fallen for the payday loan trap. I now have 9 of them =3,668 total payoff. I applied for a personal loan and was ripped off by a Nigerian Internet Scammer who asked for $1,000 and would deposit $10,000 in my account........well he got the $1,000 and this week $1,627 my whole paycheck and I have yet to see the 10k I cannot pay my rent, car or IRS and am in big trouble I don't qualify now for any loan due to poor credit Can anyone help?
