This number "613-226-4730" has been calling me for a few weeks. I have a new phone and a new phone number, I have not gave my number to anyone and this number calls me daily. I just want to know who it is. They never leave a message, they just continue to keep on calling.

How do i get the number to call someone after i have recieved my loan

I just received a message on my cell phone from an assistant manager from one of my defaulted PDL's stating that if I do not pay her by Saturday that she was going to have the county sheriffs pick me up at my place of work. The sad thing is that I have her recorded. Also, I told her that my attorney will file my bankruptsy on 12/30. Any suggestions on what to do now?

I received an e-mail yesterday, purportedly from Bank of America (where I have never had an account at any point in my life). It stated my account had been compromised, and that I should click on the link in the e-mail and sign in, and provide ALL of my personal information (including my SSN) to prove my identity and stop someone from stealing all my money. I just wanted to make everyone aware of this scam e-mail making the rounds - someone might actually fall for it and click on the link.

I applied for and received a payday loan from MTE Financial. I was approved for $200. I was informed that at the two week payback period, if I did nothing, the $60 financial charge would be debited from my checking account. This happened once and I wanted the entire amount repaid after the next two weeks. Now they have taken only the finance charge again. This $200 loan will end up costing more than the loan itself in finance charges. What can I do to stop them and repay this loan immediately? Thanks.

Bill collectors threatening legal action Collectors will threaten any, and everything. They can't arrest you and put you in debtors prison! Just be sure and never give them bank or personal info, they will clean out your account. If you can tell us what company, we can direct you to some other posts to help also.
