Hello, My name is Dee and Pay day loans are prohibited in Maryland. I had a payday loan with a company that I applied with on line in another state and I set up payment arrangements for $25.00 biweekly, Well I never missed a payment of $25.00 but on one payment I sent $10.00 and the one other I send $20.00 well they are saying that I defaulted and That they are now going to charge me intest on my origial amount which was $250.00.
