how do i access information on settled account online

I keep getting calls from a Payment Direct company. Is this a legitimate company or a scam.? they are offering to consolidate loans i have into one payment without an interest rate! Please help.

I am fairly new to this.. I have a bunch of bills that I just have not been able to pay on time.. or even at all due to lack of work. I would like to consolidate all of my bills to one monthly bill - at a reasonable rate. What is the process? how does it work? is there an additional fee? HELP!:confused:

I have a follow-up question from last week. I've been advised by a few of the people here that I probably wouldn't be able to get another bank account with Chase (or maybe any other banks) if I paid the settlement amount being offered by the two collection companies. My next question is this: If I decided to pay the FULL amount of the bank accounts instead of the settlement amount, would that make any difference as far as getting another bank account with Chase? Hi, I filled Chapter 7 Bankruptcy due to a divorce and it was discharged May 2012. I had several payday loans that I included throughout the past years got in deep with those. But my question is I have one company (seems fraudulent) from First National Arbitration Services calling me several times who are very rude talking about I owe $1200+ mind u the payday loan was for $400.00 I look this company up and see nothing but BBC complaints on this company. Can they take legal action against me, after I included the payday loan into the Bankruptcy?

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea with these people. They were calling about a bill from an xray my husband had done. When we received the bill, we were broke! We finally got it down to where we could max out my credit card and charge the rest of the bill. We took their plea bargain and paid in full, on my credit card! Two weeks later, they called looking for somebody we never heard of; they pulled my account and said my husband was paid but did I know this other guy. I told them no. Then, a few weeks later, they claimed to have a brand new bill!
