I am having the same problem the rest of these people are having. Who is B&L Marketing and is ameriloan associated with this compamy? I applied for a $300.00 Loan. I paid it up to the last $50 and for 2 and 1/2 months they are still taking $90 plus $50 and $30 and I can't get in contacrt with them to stop this rip off.

i now have paymentn on two cars and i can't afford them both. i own 14,000 on a 2000 chryler sebring which is more then its worth. i also own 26,000 on a chryler town and country.

My name is Cindy Ellis. I live in St. Charles Missouri. On December 18th there were two (2) charges deducted from my checking account for $156 a piece totaling $312. What is this for? Can you please tell me. I have been working with me bank on other unauthorized withdrawals that cannot be substantiated and making fraud reports on those. I have gone through all the procedures to validate debt. asset acceptance has not validated wtih me but has validated with the bureaus. i am liable for the amount and i would like to settle. i hear i can settle for less but i'm not sure how to go about it. is there a standard letter going around that would help to me to do so? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have had bad credit since I was 18. I am now interested in rebuilding my credit. I do have a lot of stuff in my credit report that I would like to take care of but I have no credit card to get a credit report.

I had my court hearing yesterday with LNVN and they did not show up after they had 2 continuances on it.

I also got myself into the payday loan trap, and today I received a summons in civil action. I owe Checksmart $599.50 ($575 + NSF fee). I want to pay it off, but they wouldn't negotiate payments with me. They wanted it all in one lump sum, and I just couldn't afford it. I don't want any more blemishes on my credit report. Is it too late to avoid getting a judgement made against me? What should I do? I 'm way too stressed out over this. What a nightmare! Even if they would let me pay 3 payments of $200 per payday, I could work it out. Why are they so rude and stubborn?

Is this outfit, route 66 funding, the same as MTE financial? I suspect that they are quite dirty. It seems that they are using a variety of names in their quest for the almighty dollar. I have had to close my checking account because I believe that they have been trying to debit my account for money not owed to them. Does this sound familiar to anyone???
