got caught up in payday loans trying to keep my other bills paid. Now my bank account is $280 in the red and every day there is a new withdrawal attempt with NSF fees. I'm getting calls from all over the world and most of the time I can't understand a word they are saying. I don't know where to begin to dig myself out of this mess. Can anyone tell me where to start?

I start my home lone payment $610 as intrest only. now my first is $1200 and 2nd is $560. my bring home is $2000 . i have 3 cridet cards i am done with all of its one is $20000 ,$10000,$6000. i got all the limts of it ,i never have late no bank rupcy yet for 6 years since 2000 which is my start with the cridet cards.

Can a collection co. after a settlement in court, try for a garnisment. Even when we payed part of the judgement. Which is agreed with in writing. Thank you

I had 5 internet pdls that I have overpaid. I sent certified letter to all, withdrawing ACH. I received notice from One Click, PayDayOk, and Avantis(Tremont) that accounts would be zeroed out, but no refunds issued. USFast Cash and Route 66 sent email that debit returned and I still owe amount. That was on Dec. 5th for both. I got one phone call from Route 66. I told them my account had been overpaid. I have heard nothing from either. I have filed complaints on all companies with my AG and Department of Finance and just waiting to hear from them.

Ok, long story short, I had been very stupid in the past with my credit. It was part upbringing (bills always late), part irresponsibility, and part stupidity. I attended college, have a bunch of school loans (about $25000) which I defaulted on. Reason being that I had no job, depressed, new in the city, etc. Basically, I let it run out and get bad. I also have about 12,000 in small medical and collection accounts. I have NEVER had good credit, and everywhere I turn, they won't give me credit because of the stupidity in the past.

i have about 16500.00 in debt through different sources including small loans, car loan, credit cards, and i would like to lower my intrest and make one payment, my car loan is only 7.5% but my others are around 18 percent. i pay about 900 a month. i am active duty army, and i should have a decent credit score. thank you, michael.

Just wanted to share with you all my experience with a debt settlement company. I was in "program" from Jan 06 through Oct 06 before I realized how much money I was wasting on them. I wanted a solution other than bankruptcy for $27000 in unsecured debt which is how I got hooked up with a debt settlement company. My minimum payments for the unsecured debt had doubled thanks to the new banking laws, and I was slowly slipping into a hole. I had only 4 credit cards with the debts totalling $27000.

I just want to let you people know that Bass is definitely involved in a ongoing investigation. I just received my affidavit papers in the mail today from the BBB in Florida. I am going to fill these papers out real quick and get them in the mail. The papers I'm looking at are a true affidavit. Maybe someone should tell Sonny and William what true affidavits are before they try using that threat to scare people into paying them money in less than 2 hours or they'll be arrested.
