My name is matthew bernard and i have a few debts that id like to get paid off. I was looking on my report and noticing that certified recovery systems was one of the agencies as listed on a few of them. I was just wondering who i need to contact to get some and all of this debt paid off.

I Have Been with dell for some where around 4 years and i started out with 2 computers and there was like 1200 and i have been paying on them each month and the bill DOESNT go down it has ben going up more nad more each month Now my computer are 1777. I havent payed on them for 2 months now.should i just let it go and let the credit agcy get in touch with me or What should i do to get them payed off? i am soooo sick of dealing with dell now.. I purchased a car in March of 2001 from Household Auto. I made payments for 4 years and then in 2005 after a crisis and being unable to pay for 3 months they repossessed the car. They sold it at auction. My credit report shows it was charged off in 2005. Three months ago I started getting calls from Daniels and Norelli, a scumsucking collection attorney. They violated debt collection laws so I reported them to the Attorney General. The calls stopped.

I have alot of payday loans 4 to be exact and am going to lose my job I live in Michigan and need to pay these off but do not know how as all I do is pay fee and refinance what can I do to get out of this rut?

On 12/7 midland credit management received a Validation letter from me with specifics of validation. I received this past weekend a letter from them "requesting your assistance so that we may reach a quick resloution to your dispute." They say they are attmpting to verify my dispute and want me to send them documentation to substantiate the dispute. Sounds like they want me to make their case for them.

I just got a notice from island national group staitng i owe on a bill form orchard from 2001 I never heard of this company and as far as orchard i have 3 of their cards and nothing was ever said to me.... I just checked my credit report and now it shows public record for this debt but i have no listing for orchard with this about past due What should i do Thanks Hoop

I have rio resources taking money from my account continuously and I cannot find any contact information for them. The phone number that the bank had given me does not work. can anyone help?
