I have gotten a call from this place a couple of times at work. I called back once and the guy I talked to threatened me with wage garnishment, I have not called back since the last time he called. Does anyone know what company they are affiliated with? Thank You!

hey everyone, i just joined, i have a collection agency dealing with me in new jersey, and just the other day i got a letter from palisades collection saying that they got my letter about my identity being stolen.... i never sent them anything, and how did they find out what i am talking to the other agency about? do i contact palisades?

They just called my boss at work without EVER talking to me about the money I owe them. They were very rude and he passed them to me of course. They refuse to let me pay them except via bank account and threaten to call him again . Any ideas on how to deal with them. I don't need my boss involved!!!!!!!!

I am trying to find out the other names some of the companies I have a pdl with use. The companies I have the loans with are: *PD6 Venture *ameriloan *Geneva Roth *Payday Two *United Cash Loans *Route 66 Funding I pulled all of these names from my bank account. Alot of these places keep trying to take money out of my account, and I do not have any in it, in fact it is in the process of being closed. Is there a letter I can send these companies to tell them to quit trying to take money out of my account? I am trying to find out if any of these operate illegally in my state.

If you have more than 1 online payday loan and you can't afford it anymore, can you let them know and make payment arrangements to pay it off? or will they just keep pulling money out of your account? I live in Indiana.

i bought a car in 97 and had to do a voluntry repossession I was told that the balance was aroun 5000. balancei was told the car would be sold and i would be old the balance i never heard from the dealer again no they have an attroney from new jersey threaten to file a judgement against me i offered to pay the balance after they give me proof of the balance what should i do they car has been repossed in 8-98

Since I was 16, I was classified as a youthful offender. I was sentenced to prison time but was in a youthful offender program inside of the prison. We (my family and friends) refer to my time away as "boot camp".
