AS i embark on taking my final teaching exam and the beginning of pursuing my physical education career, I am faced with a considerable amount of debt that I can non longer manage. My goal is to erradicate my debt in a reasonable period of time, alotting a reasonable amount of money each month, and to not harm my credit in the short and long term. Hello. My debt settlement company sent out cease and desist orders to my creditors and collection agencies. Most of them havent been calling but one in particuliar is calling me at work and on my cell phone, and at home still. I have told the settlement company this and they have re-sent the order, and called the agency themselves...they called me again today at about 8am. I asked the settlement company last week if I should return their calls, they said no because they are breaking the law by calling me when there is a cease and desist order.

hi there, just recently i had gotten something in the mail saying i owed a debt. after calling them they were asking if i lived at such and such address. i had told them no i had never lived there, and then they thought someone might have used my name so they were going to send some fraud papers too me.

hello im trying to fix a problem which is, whenever i click internet explorer two pages open at once..one is ok but another is a blank page with microsoft internet explorer written at the top and it keeps pushing to the front all the time.. im running internet explorer 7 with xp sp2..any ideas would be very much appreciated..thankyou

I am confused about these two companies. I have an account thats been place with Creditors interchange. I skrewed up on a payment arrangement and I am completeley broke, so they are threatening me that their "client" will remove the account. When I asked where it will go they said probably back to resurgent. I thought the client is the card company, I have no idea what or who resurgent is. Does anybody have any info on them? I have been cooperating with them, but when there is no money to give them I cant do much but listen to their threats.

Hello, all- I recently went through a divorce because my husband found the lover of his life. He was using my credit cards to spend money on the girl and even with the judgement he is refusing to pay. He is self-employed and receives cash from his clients.

How do you ge Encore Rec Mngt off of your credit report when you have no idea what it is for? Who do I contact. The credit reporting agency or Encore (who I would not want to send money to base on their reputation or the fact I don't know why I owe them money.
