Got divorced and then had two deaths in the family know I can't get out of the spiral of debt.

I live in SC and i have 4 payday loans out that i have been paying on for over a year and i have never been late. But next week i wont have the money to pay and i know the company wont extend the due date. What should i do. I cant keep paying out 360.00 every two weeks. Thanks

we live in fl and she was told that the credit cards can not put a lien on anything. I am not worried because she owns nothing,no house,no bank account,no land,no stocks,no bonds nothing,she is 25 and owes the credit cards,irs,student loans that are in default,and has an eviction on her credit report and 2 repos on cars,one a volunteer repo and the other where her husband got drunk and plowed her truck into 3 cars. I want to help her we don't really know where to start and since she ownes nothing what would the courts do ,all I can think of is garnish her wages but she works for a man who pays

I filed bankrupcey now it's been 12 years a chapter 13 where I paid everyone back and it was finished 8 years ago. I went to apply for credit with GE Capital bank and was denied so I had to wait on the letter,in the letter they had down bankrupcy proceedings,I have not filed another bankrupcy and my bankrupcy was discharged over 8 years ago so if any lawyers reading this can you shed some light.

I would like to know exactly who you are and how much I owe and how I can get you paid off and stop you from taking out these expensive fees. You take out $60.00 every two weeks and should have you paid off by now
