I had a loan with these ppl for $100.00. PDL's are illegal in NC and I had emailed them a letter from Ashley's blog. I emailed them several times starting on Dec. 6th, and still no response. I called them today and the lady said that I needed to review my contract b/c it was from Utah and I had agreed to it. I thought that the laws were of the state of the consumer and that is how they are supposed to be followed by companies. I also asked if they were licensed in NC and she said yes.

I dont work for a VIOP comapny, but I do know that with Primus you can get a monthly record of all incomming and outgoing calls from your internet self care account. It comes with your service when you look under customer care on your internet. Your monthly paper bill shows your long distance calls to show how much youve saved but you can view your entire bill online. Im sure some people could find this handy....

I have been looking at my 3 in 1 credit report and score. I have about 3500.00 of bad debt that I could pay off in a few months time. If I start paying these things off how quickly will I see my credit score start to go up? Is there anything that I can do to help improve it once I pay these debts off. From what I am reading, even if I pay them off, my credit score will still not change until the items actually drop off... if thats the case I would rather reclare bankruptcy.. I know I made mistakes, but I want to buy a house within the next couple of years time frame..

I cannot believe they did this! Of course it is not being paid. On top of that my bank decided to transfer the balance of my other account into this account because it is in the negative that I have been trying to get closed! OMG I am having a cow right now! I cannot believe this is happening!

I am having similar problems with this WEstbury Ventures. We got the loan over a year ago for 200.00 and I stopped them from taking money from my account, so they tried under another name. I have since had one phone call and a nasty letter on this. What should I do now to keep them from trying to take more from my account? They have already taken over 1000! Alisa

So, my bank has reversed the charges with Route 66. I saw on the emails that they send daily that you can change you contact information. I changed my work number to their customer service number. How long do you think that it will take for them to figure that out. I know it is a tad evil but gosh I love it.

Hello, I just registered on this site on Wed 12/13. I have since spoken with the counselor that was referred to me. I discussed my situation with the counselor and she gave me a couple options, consolidation or settlement. Here's my debt background: 1 collection account of $6600 with NCO Financial, 1 collection account of $1200 with Asset Acceptance, 1 active account of $1200, and another active account of $870. Both active accounts are in good standing.

Hi I have recently taken out a payday loan. Everything was going ok until I realized that my bank information had been leaked to other companies who were trying to debt my account with out my consent. I closed my checking account and opened uo a new one. I tried calling and emailing the payday loan company to make payment agrrangements but I never got any replys. Yesterday I recvied a very threating phone call from Bass and Associates telling me to get a lawyer and that they will be presenting three affadavit's to My state Massachusetts for innernet fraud.

what can I do to make this payday loan company stop calling me at work it is to the point that if they don't stop I might loose my job
