Hi, I am looking for assistance to get back on my feet. Most importantly is my house which i have been at for almost 2 years now, I have missed payments on and it is in foreclosure. The letter I received states I need to pay almost $4,000 in the next 10 days to save me from owing the entire amount that I do. I hope this is clear. Also, I have other credit cards (2) that need to be paid off also. Probably totaling under $10,000. I would like to know what to do at your soonest convenience. Thank you. Does anyone have an address for B&L Marketing? I have seen only phone and fax #'s, but need an address for a complaint with the Washington State Dept of Financial Instutions. It appears B & L Marketing is not licensed to do business in this state, but they have been doing online payday loans in this state anyway

Okay folks here it is in a nutshell. In 1998 I went on Social Security Disability. Everyone thought I would be on it for the rest of my life. I had two student loans discharged because of my disability in 2000. Anyhow the past two years I have taken a proactive approach to my life, obtained employment and have maintained a healthy lifestyle and outlook for 18 months. I went off disability this past June and decided I wanted to go back to school come spring to become a systems analyst. I can write my own ticket with this education.

Sam, Is the originating creditor bound by the fdcpa? I sent a debt verification letter to AMEX addressed in Florida. I sent it certified and have the return card signed and dated............and have recieved 6 calls since the date the letter was recieved though I specified "no phone calls" in the letter. I have caller ID with a time and date stamp and know fully well that the debt is out of SOL. I have been gone when they are calling so I have not spoken to them. Do I need to send a certified letter to every branch of AMEX? Just looking for your opinion as we live in the same state.

Who is CACH,LLC and how do you respond to them. The gentleman below seems to be paying the same bill twice. I have run into some credit problems due to health issues and no health care. Now I am recieving threatening calls and letters from a company named BRONSON AND MIGLIACCIO whose client is CACH,LLC. Please, I guess my question is how do I work with these creditors when I am not yet back to work however, I could make small payments with help from friends and families. Thank you in advance
