Can you recomend a debt consolidation company. I just want to consolidate my small credit card debts into one payment. I do not want to settle with the credit card companies this is a negative on credit reports?

I have DV,d a collection agency in my state they replied with three statements that where no validation. i replied with a follow letter got no reply for atleast a month until the other day a lady called my wife and asked what the letter meant and that we could not validate a judgement and that she did not have to validate the judgement. Also i got papers in the mail from them with copy of affidavit/proof of service of the judgement also they did not validate the other debt not in judgement. Is it true about that they dont have to validate the judgement.

Im upset because I had a car repoed and the bank turned over my account to these slime buckets for 700.00 and there after me for 11,000.00. they have threatened me, garnished my check, and froze my bank accounts trying to get my whole paycheck which i think is illegal. I am being sued on a credit card account. They have listed 2/12/02 as last accouont activity. I received a letter from them on 6/01/06, at that time I requested debt validation well within the 30 day period, I have return receipt attached to same. I didn't received any other correspondence from them until I was served with a summons dated August 11th 2006. I sent them 2nd ltter requesting debt validation and received copy of statements from Capitol One 12/01/06. Where do you think I stand on this circumstance. I live in the State of Nevada which says credit card accounts are 4 yrs.
