i was released form the place that i was working in early october. since then i have not been able to find a job where i live. my car just got repossesed and i need it to get any work. i owe 3 month payments on it. i need to get a answer as soon as i can becasue it was just taken today and by monday the 18th the loan holder should be getting me info on how much i can pay to get the vehicle back. -Cory Meeker

first of all let me let you know what you might not know that the statue of limitation is 7 years for lawsuit but not for collections no i do not work for asset acceptance but i do collect bad det and past stat accts. it is very important whta you guys say that can ruin it or companies like the one i work for.asset might not be trying to scam you but try to help you straighten out what you have f**ked up!

I am 18 years old and of course like a lot of people do I got credit cards. They are way overdue because I was without a job for a few months and at my new job I am not getting enough hours to pay them back. Hi guys! I'm still truckin along with the payday situation. Most of them didn't contact me after my emails detailing my state laws. I've taken a break kind of with the holidays coming. However, I have been reading over the past few days about people getting refunds. Last year, hubby had a loan with PaydayOk. I determined that he overpaid by 816.00. I emailed them, outlined my state laws and requested a full refund immediately. They just emailed back and said that they will settle for 250.00! So, what should I do? Take it and run, or demand the full amount? Or renegotiate for half.
