This past Sunday night, about 9:30, I was awakened by a sherriff's constable at my door inquiring about...me. He had a Monion and Order in Supplemental Proceeding for a judgement that was apparently rendered against me on 2/3/05 to the tune of some $4,712.25 courtesy of Asset Acceptance, LLC. The motion required me to state all accounts, assets, family members, employment status and other information to be presented to the 3rd District Court of Utah by 1/9/07.

I recently received a letter fr a collection agency stating that I owe them $ 10000 for a credit card I had failed to pay due to financial hardship. As I called the agency, they had mentioned another account # on their file. I had questioned this and asked them why the acct# inidcated on the letter is diff. from what their verbally informing me about. How will I be sure that I'm paying for my debt when its a different acct#?

Can Someone please guide me through how to use technorati? I have already signed up with them and placed my link on my blog site but that is about all I understoon how to use it. I tired google adsense also but i don't want payday loan ads on my blog and plus I couldn't figure it out either. Any help would be appreciated.

Well i was looking at my EXPERIAN credit report and i noticed PROVIDIAN FINANCIAL had reported my account as a charged off. This acccount only appears on my EXPERIAN report. I know this is a legit account of mine, but i knew it had to be close to SOL limit. So i decided to dispute thinking this account is passed the SOL. Well when i check my EXPERIAN report today the PROVIDIAN FINANCIAL charge off was removed from my report. EXPERIAN, didn't give a reason why they removed it. BTW, i did online dispute. The funny thing about this entire thing is i came in to some money recently.

I received a payday loan online for 200 dollars. they have taken 20 out of my checking, but i want to pay it off. I can not get a response from the e-mails i sent and don't even know the name of the company that sent the money. all i have is this from my bank statement AC-MTE FINANCIAL -DEBITS can someone help me?
