Settling Charged off Bank Account and Cingular bill.

Hi, I have a charged off bank account which currently owes 720.00, long story short i had problems with paypal and recurring overdraft charges. it was about 1,200 dollars do you think i can call them and setup a settlement arrangement? And also I had a bill with cingular, it was originally about 350 dollars but now it is 800+, its in collections with another company, can i try to settle with them or go through cingular? any suggestions would help :) thanks!

I was dropped from ACCC's debt program beacuse eventhough i mailed them saying i'm going to be unable to make payments they dropped me after "two missed payments." They noted it and everything but i was still dropped. Now i read in their letter that it is against the law to have an account reaged for 5years and such. Anyone have any suggestions, i signed up wtih Superior debt relief but i'm really thinking twice about it. Thanks :)

PayDay OK has reviewed your request and is willing to offer you a refund of $119.08. If you choose to accept this offer, a release will be prepared for your signature and will be sent via Fed Ex to the address on your account. A letter will include instructions for execution and return.

I just got my first refund from Payday Ok and Payday Max is going to mark my account paid in full :D . Two down and six to go. Thanks everyone for your advice.

Is it just me or does there seem to be a run on people who are coming to this site looking for loans and obviously have the wrong place? Sure seems like there have been more than usual? I wonder if the name of this site is showing up when people search for something else?

i went throught two days constant calls to my job and my home as they said was aproved went thru all the proccess yet the funds have not beeen wired to my account mrs cynthia louise samir
