Hey all, Thank you again for your help and advice :). I just signed up with "superior debt relief", it seems like a good program and from what i've seen on the site it seems really good but the only problem is the waiting 6 months to settle, i'm pretty nervous about it and i don't want my parents getting really pissed at me for the next 6 months if people call the phone. Can you guy's give some advice or maybe a better option or should i stay and putup with it? :)

Was told the money would be there today, and I did not receive it yet.

I just google BCR because today was the first call I have recieved...I do have a past due account with Cingular for about what they are asking me for, BUT, I had already recieved a call from another agency about it, and am currently speaking with an attorney to disput the amount due/split responsibility with the other person on the account. I am a past telemarketer/etc and found them to be highly unproffesional and not really very convincing.

Anyone know of how bad of credit you can have to get a loan from them? I don't want the inquiries on my credit report if i can help it. My credit score runs 600-620.

Has anyone that filed theirs in April/May recieve their checks yet?

I have a loan on a truck with an exboyfriend. He has the truck and has not paid the truck in 5 months. I have no idea where he is and the bank won't stop calling me. What can they do to me if we can't find the TrucK?

A friend of mine called me tonight and asked me if I wanted a job. I said what kind? Anyhow she is in the private medical field and has a client who has not paid a $300 bill. She wanted me to call this person and "ACT" like I was a collection agency and try and get the money...lol I told her thanks but not thanks, that this was what I am fighting against on a daily basis. I did offer her some suggestions on how to collect and that I would help with the ground/foot work i.e.
