yes i been threated with being arrested at home or at work with have had a worthless check from my account due to ach debits and having other bills come out resulting in overdraft charges and my checking account closed.

I currently had a Student Loan that was sent to a collection agency. I'm trying to get a low interest payment or reasonable payment. I have gone through two banks to get a personal loan to settle w/ the agency, which were both denied because the collection agency is showing up on my credit report and/or I haven't been working long enough but I'm never without a job. I would like to get a loan in which lets my credit go up not down. If debt consolidation Care can help I would appreciate it and pay any funds payable to company in helps to my situation.

I was wondering if anybody has heard of this company. We have been approved for a $5000 loan but they are requiring us to send them $905 for an insurance binder because it is a high credit risk loan. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is legitimate.

I went to one of the pdl centers on the internet and aplace called secret cash card took 49.95 out of my bank and it was unauthorized I will never give out my bank account number again.

Here is a new twist or maybe not Sent United Cash Loans a VOD letter and got a response that said that since I sent them a cease & desist then are selling it to a third party collection agency or I can pay them xx amount to reduce the balance. I can call them or wait until the account has been sold. Don't understand this one
