I have just made some mistakes that I would like to fix, and I need some help.

I just got a letter from a CA on an old dept store account. I know the debt is valid and I owe even though I haven't asked for debt validation. But the letter was offering to settle for half the balance which is about $175 and doable for me. Is it good to accept such offers and settle the accounts? What should I ask for? Can I ask for it to be removed from my credit reports and all of that?

Does anyone know of a law firm that can help me handle route 66 funding.

Hello, I stumbled across this site while looking for financial options to my situation. First off, I'm currently able to pay off our payments on time with the help of my wife and we are not behind on any payments.

So, today I recieved a call from allied interstate. When they mispronounced my name, I said that I wasn't there and offered to take a message. I took down the phone number and asked what the call was regarding, to which they replied it was highly personal.

i want to pay off my bill with your company.. how do i do that??

These people are crazy. I gave the rest of my 5 IPDL companies till today to responed or I am having my AG file criminal charges. I am fully prepared for this. One company actually told me to "bring it on". Are they crazy. They actually told me that I forfited the rights of the state that I live in. I asked for that documation of course they are a "paperless company" I then asked so how are you going to prove this supposed agreement took place since you are paperless? I heard nothing then he said well we have it. Well I guess that we will see.

I previously posted. A creditor filed a lawsuit against me. I went and filed an answer to the suit and a proof of service last Friday. Yesterday, I notice an error on the court website. It says that the creditor filed the proof of service when in fact I did. I went back to courthouse today and asked them to correct the error. I now notice on the court website that a "Notice of Undocumented Action" was filed. It doesn't say who filed it. What exactly is this? Does it have to do with the court's error that I had corrected?

Can a company garnish your pay if you did not sign a wage assignment?
